Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery times depend on your location. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Paying on delivery

Orders are paid in cash when they are delivered. Please have the amount shown in your order confirmation ready.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or a controller does not work as it should, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a short description (photos help).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to every purchase. For a major failure you can choose a replacement or a refund, and for a minor problem we will repair or replace the item.

Change of mind

If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, contact us before sending anything back and we will explain the options.
